Palette Interpolator is back!

Those who follow me might remember that in February this year, I released a tool called "Palette Interpolator", which prompty disappeared afterwards. Simply, I struggled with Java compatibility since the Apache library I used needed a certain minimal Java version, Launch4J, which I use to make WIndows executables for the JARs, only works up to a certain version of Java. In summary: nobody but me was actually able to run the tool. 
But not anymore! Using some code written by Manas Sharma of bragitoff.com I've managed to make the tool work without needing any libraries. Better yet, I read up on Swing programming and created a full GUI for this. No more silly text inputs, no more drag-and-dropping files into a console, now you can click on some buttons, enter a number and the result immediately appears in front of your eyes! Depending on how this is recieved, I might go back and add GUIs to my other, more popular, projects.
