UTF Updated - Major Performance Improvement

Unique Tile Finder has been updated.

Going through the old code, optimizations have been made in multiple of the internal methods used to compare tiles. The way the tiles are compared (as well as which tiles are compared at all) has been adjusted as to improve performance in both the average-case, as well as the worst-case notably. Memory performance has been improved too, with less memory needed, as the tool now creates fewer Object internally.

The tool works just the same, but it should now not only do its work faster, the lessened performance impact should allow for larger tile sets or smaller tile sizes to be used with it.
